The LCS Senior Fundraising Dinner is an annual event sponsored by the current LC senior class for the purpose of supporting their Senior Mission Trip/Projects as well as LC Legacy Projects. Proceeds from the event are used for trip expenses as well as projects selected by the senior class to support a community organization and/or LC campus need.

Previous Fundraising Dinners (Crab Feed, Surf & Turf, Pasta Take Out) proceeds have been used support trips involving the LA Dream Center as well as Because People Matter Ministries in Portland, Oregon. The 2021 Surf & Turf sponsored a storage shed project for Grace Kitchen in Pasco. The 2022 Pasta Take Out sponsored storage shelving and site upgrades for Grace Kitchen. LC Legacy Projects funded by previous Surf & Turf events include a water bottle filling drinking fountain, lunchroom microwave oven replacements, and footings for an electronic reader board. 

The LC class of 2024 Mission Trip (June 3-6, 2024) will partner with the Cannon Beach Conference Center, where our seniors will work under the direction of CBCC staff to prepare the grounds for upcoming summer activities. The class of 2024 is partnering with Grace Kitchen in Pasco to service this dinner as it raises funds for their service project trip, as well as completing Legacy Projects on the LCS Campus. This years class has decided on the instillation of water bottle filler attachment to a drinking fountain outside of the gym.
